How can I book and fly with you?
 
You can book your tickets online through our website www.gmraviation.com. GMR Aviation operates flights to twelve destinations in India, at a short notice of just 4 hours where airports are operational round the clock.
 
Does GMR Aviation offer any assistance for check-in?
 
   
  For travel within India, you must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure at the airport and for travel to international destinations you must reach 60 minutes before departure.

Our customer service staff will escort you from the departure lounge of the airport. They will also take care of all the formalities for you, including obtaining customs and immigration clearances.

For international flights our ground support staff will store your baggage in the aircraft before the flight departs and on arrival hand it over to you.
 
         
  Do you serve alcohol on the flight? If you donít, can I carry alcoholic beverages?  
         
  We strictly follow the rules and regulations stipulated by the Director General of Civil Aviation and do not serve any alcoholic beverages on the flight. As per the DGCA guidelines, passengers are also not permitted to bring alcohol into the aircraft.  
         
  Is smoking permitted on the flight?      
         
  As per the DGCA guidelines, smoking is not allowed in the aircraft for safety reasons.
